Share your views around childhood vaccinations
Local NHS and Public Health Teams are seeking the views of parents, guardians, and carers of 0 – 5 year-old child/ren around routine childhood vaccinations.
Since 2020/21, Hull has seen a reduction in childhood vaccination uptake.
An anonymous survey has been developed to gather all views, with parents, guardians and carers of under 5s who have had all, some or none of their vaccinations invited to take part.
