This winter, we’ve been chasing away the cold mornings with our brand new Parents and Tots Dance and Tots Gymnastics sessions!
Our new sessions have gone down a hit here at the Hut, we’ve been boogying along to our favourite songs and even making our own music whilst we do it! Sammy our instructor has been teaching not just the tots but the parents and grandparents how to really get the most out of a Friday morning!
We kick off with Parents and Tots dancing where we get our creative juices flowing and get dancing altogether. Sammy shows us what to do, what moves to make, and our tots usually lead the way for the grown-ups! There’s always room to make our own music too with our tambourines which we tap to the beat! After this, we start on our Tots gymnastics! Our little ones show off their talents as they have lots of fun working on their skills! Most of our parents and tots stay for both sessions as it’s just so much fun!
We love these Friday sessions and the benefits to everyone’s health is clear. Getting into this habit of dance sessions and gymnastics is not only good for your physical health, burning off calories and getting your heart going but it also does wonders for your mental health too!
