The post holder will take sole responsibility for organising and controlling the efficient and economic production of quality meals and snacks whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with Environmental Health Office regulations.
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has minimum Level 2 in food handling, nutrition or equivalent.
- Has experience of working in a kitchen environment with high standards of cleanliness
- Can plan menus and cook nutritional meals from scratch
- Has excellent interpersonal skills.

Apprentice Project Support Assistant
Initially based at our Head Office, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential customer service skills on our busy reception. Once initial training is underway, you will have the opportunity to further develop these skills working with our Youth Team and their partners at other locations.

Duties will include:

- Producing general correspondence using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
